General information: Cruel Crafts is a small business offering custom and seasonal apparel and accessories. All designs are created or curated by the owner and pressed with care. Product availability, pricing, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Orders & Payments: We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue.
Order Changes & Cancellations: If you accidentally placed an order or changed your mind, cancellations are allowed only if requested before your order has been processed or shipped. Once production has started or your item has shipped, we can no longer cancel or modify the order.
Processing Time: All items are made to order unless stated otherwise. Please allow 3 - 6 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time may vary during holidays or sales.
Returns & Exchanges: Due to custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we'll do our best to make it right.
Customer Conduct: By using our website, you agree to provide accurate information and not misuse any of the services. We reserve the right to cancel any orders or deny service if terms are violated.
Update to Terms: Cruel Crafts reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

All items are made to order, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or general dissatisfaction. Please read all product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
We take pride in the quality of our work, but if you receive an item with noticeable defect or faulty design, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Anything after those days, will be ignored.
To be eligible for an exchange:
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement of the same item. Exchanges are only available for faulty products and are not available for sizing issues or buyer's remorse.
